The European Business Alliance is looking for Country Chairs to open and lead the chapters in Spain, France and the United Kingdom — the priority markets on the roadmap.
**What the role is**
A Country Chair opens the chapter, brings in the first members, and leads it. The Alliance supplies the brand, the platform, the backoffice, the services already defined, and access to the European network. The Chair supplies knowledge of the local business landscape, a network of contacts, and the ability to build something from a standing start.
**What the role is not**
It is not a franchise. A chapter is not for sale. The domain, the brand and the platform belong to the Alliance, never to the representative. Member and contact data belong to the Alliance. The relationship is formalised by contract, with objectives and deadlines, and the chapter is accountable to the Council of Chapters.
