01 Application and admission
Membership is applied for at the chapter of the applicant's country and is subject to approval by the Board. The Alliance may decline an application, with reasons, without any resulting obligation.

02 Dues
Dues are annual and payable from admission. Amounts depend on the tier and the size of the organisation and are communicated during the application process. Dues paid are not refundable.
03 Term and renewal
Membership runs for one year, renewable. There is no automatic renewal without the member's confirmation.
04 What membership gives
Access to the network, events, services and member terms of the Alliance, in the chapter of membership and across the European network.
05 What membership does NOT give
Membership does not guarantee business, contracts, financing or commercial results. The Alliance provides its services on an obligation-of-means basis.
06 Termination
A member may end their membership at the close of the contracted period, by written notice. The Alliance may suspend or exclude for breach of the Code of Conduct or non-payment.
07 Data
Member data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Network information is the property of the Alliance and may not be extracted for a member's own commercial purposes.
